The # is to be replaced with whatever the CRC of your game is. You need to open a notepad document, find the CRC for the game, paste in the below code, and save the game with the title of #.pnach. What you need is Action Replay MAX codes, converted to RAW. If my information is correct, since your using a European version, Codebreaker won't work, as it's an NTSC cheat system, and games in Europe are PAL.
